Terms of Service
The operating terms for trials, subscriptions, tenant data, messaging, support, and acceptable use of FitRevOps AI.
Account and authority
The person creating a workspace confirms that they are authorised to act for the gym. They must provide accurate details, protect login credentials, configure staff permissions, and promptly deactivate access that is no longer required.
Trial and subscription
The advertised trial provides limited access for evaluation. Paid access begins after payment confirmation. Plan limits, modules, credits, taxes, and billing periods are shown before checkout. Unless cancellation is scheduled, recurring subscriptions continue according to the selected billing cycle.
Gym data and communications
The gym controls its member, visitor, employee, billing, and PT data. The gym must obtain required consent before sending messages or uploading personal data, and must follow applicable telecom, anti-spam, tax, employment, and privacy rules.
Acceptable use
You must not abuse OTP or messaging providers, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, disrupt the platform, bypass plan limits, or use the service for deceptive or harmful activity. We may restrict service to protect users or meet legal obligations.
Availability and support
Quality Webs works to maintain a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Support level follows the selected plan.
