How Quality Webs handles owner, staff, member, visitor, billing, and usage data in FitRevOps AI.
Data we collect
We collect account and business details, verified mobile numbers, gym configuration, staff access, member and visitor records entered by the gym, billing records, support communication, security logs, and optional campaign analytics.
Why we use it
We process data to create and secure workspaces, deliver gym operations, support billing and reminders, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, provide support, and improve product performance. Gym tenants remain responsible for having a lawful basis to upload and contact their members and prospects.
Sharing and processors
Data may be processed by hosting, database, payment, OTP, messaging, email, monitoring, and analytics providers configured for the service. We do not sell personal data. Provider access is limited to delivering the contracted service.
Retention and security
Operational data is retained while the workspace is active and for a reasonable closure or compliance period. Verification attempts and audit records may be retained for fraud prevention and accountability. We use tenant isolation, role access, signed sessions, rate limits, audit logs, backups, and encrypted transport.
Your choices and rights
You can decline optional analytics. Account owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion subject to contractual, fraud prevention, tax, and legal retention requirements. Contact sales@qualitywebs.in for privacy requests or grievances.
